Marsh Properties has long been part of Charlotte's skyline. When Lex Marsh built his first multi-family residences in the 1920s, he demonstrated a deep sense of stewardship for our community and its people. Through all the years, we've developed local landmarks like Strawberry Hill, Queens at Granville, Sedgefield and Providence Park.

Today the original Marsh House still stands as a centerpiece at Strawberry Hill, where it serves as our Leasing Center. The Marsh House set the standard for this lovely Georgian red-brick community and it's a standard we continue to uphold.
