The location of our apartments in SouthPark – Strawberry Hill and Heathstead – will feel like a paradise for any fashionista. This chic, upscale neighborhood is found six miles south of Charlotte’s city center and is named for the high-end SouthPark Mall. At nearly 1.8 million square feet, it earns the title of the largest shopping mall in North Carolina. A collection of first-class brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co. and Burberry can be found there. Conveniently located across the street from the mall is Specialty Shops SouthPark. If there’s still something to find on your list, stroll through the open-air Phillips Place for a luxury retail experience and catch the latest movie on the silver screen at Regal Phillips Place.
Beyond shopping, SouthPark also serves as one of the larger business districts in Charlotte with multiple mid-rise office buildings.
