When 26-year-old North Carolina native Lex Marsh built his first multifamily residence in 1926, Marsh Properties began a tradition in real estate that has positively influenced the heritage of the Charlotte residential community. Our family-owned company continues to exceed the standards of the multifamily industry, focusing on superior craftsmanship and progressive concepts in our various new developments across the Charlotte market. Throughout Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas, Marsh Properties has developed and maintained iconic landmark communities such as the Sedgefield neighborhood, Queens at Granville in Myers Park, Strawberry Hill in SouthPark and Providence Park in Ballantyne.
