Marsh Properties has long been part of Charlotte's skyline. When Lex Marsh built his first multi-family residences in the 1920's, he demonstrated a deep sense of stewardship for our community and its people. In the ensuing years, Marsh Properties has developed local landmarks like Strawberry Hill, Queens at Granville, Sedgefield and Providence Park.

Today we own and manage more than 1700 residences in Charlotte, along with shopping centers and office buildings, built upon land our family has lovingly preserved for more than four decades. On this site, you'll get to know the neighborhoods we built and proudly continue to manage.
